Chairperson

Overall Leader & Vision Carrier

The Chairperson is the highest elected leader of the organization, providing overall leadership, guidance, and direction for all activities.

Key Functions:
  • Presides over all meetings (Executive & General)
  • Provides strategic leadership and decision-making
  • Represents the organization externally
  • Ensures implementation of resolutions
  • Oversees all committees and officials
  • Maintains unity, discipline, and organizational focus

Vice Chairperson

Deputy Leader & Support Head

Assists the Chairperson in leadership duties and ensures continuity of operations in their absence.

Key Functions:
  • Acts as Chairperson when absent
  • Supports supervision of committees
  • Helps in conflict resolution
  • Assists in coordination of programs
  • Ensures smooth leadership transition

Secretary General

Administrative & Communication Head

Responsible for all official documentation and communication of the organization.

Key Functions:
  • Records minutes of all meetings
  • Prepares agendas and notices
  • Handles official correspondence
  • Maintains membership and organizational records
  • Safeguards documents and archives

Assistant Secretary General

Administrative Support Officer

Supports the Secretary General in administrative duties and documentation.

Key Functions:
  • Assists in writing minutes and reports
  • Helps maintain records and files
  • Manages communication when needed
  • Takes over duties when Secretary General is absent

Treasurer

Financial Manager & Custodian

Responsible for managing all financial matters of the organization.

Key Functions:
  • Receives and records all funds
  • Prepares financial statements and reports
  • Ensures safe custody of money and records
  • Works with Financial Committee on budgets
  • Ensures transparency in financial operations
Oversight

Board of Trustees

Supreme Oversight Authority

The highest governing body responsible for safeguarding the mission and constitution of the organization.

Key Functions:
  • Provides long-term governance and oversight
  • Ensures compliance with constitution and law
  • Approves major policies and strategic decisions
  • Oversees executive leadership performance
  • Protects assets, mission, and integrity

Disciplinary Committee

Ethics & Conduct Enforcement

Responsible for maintaining discipline, ethics, and proper behavior within the organization.

Key Functions:
  • Investigates misconduct cases
  • Handles complaints and disputes
  • Ensures fair hearing for all parties
  • Recommends disciplinary actions
  • Promotes integrity and accountability

Project Management Committee

Development & Implementation Team

Oversees planning, execution, and monitoring of all organizational projects.

Key Functions:
  • Identifies and plans development projects
  • Supervises project implementation
  • Monitors progress and reporting

  • Evaluates impact of community programs

Budgeting & Financial Oversight

Works with Treasurer to ensure proper financial planning and accountability.
