These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access, use, participation, and engagement with the Growth & Resilience Association (GRA) website, membership system, programs, activities, communication channels, and all related services.

By accessing or using any GRA services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “GRA” refers to Growth & Resilience Association.
• “Member” refers to any registered individual within GRA.
• “Services” refers to all programs, welfare activities, savings systems, and digital platforms.
• “Website” refers to all GRA online platforms and pages.

2. Governance & Constitution

GRA is governed by its official Constitution, which defines structure, leadership, membership rules, disciplinary procedures, and operational authority.

These Terms & Conditions operate alongside the Constitution and do not replace it. In case of conflict regarding internal governance, the Constitution shall prevail.

3. Eligibility for Membership

To become a member of GRA, individuals must:

• Be of legal age or have guardian consent where applicable
• Provide accurate and verifiable personal information
• Accept and comply with the Constitution and internal rules
• Respect other members and leadership structures

GRA reserves the right to approve, suspend, or revoke membership based on compliance, conduct, or disciplinary decisions.

4. Membership Responsibilities

All members are expected to:

• Participate actively in approved programs
• Pay required contributions or savings where applicable
• Respect welfare obligations and community support systems
• Maintain honesty in all dealings with the association
• Avoid actions that harm the reputation of GRA

5. Use of Website & Digital Platforms

Users agree to use GRA platforms responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Misrepresent identity or provide false information
• Interfere with website functionality or security
• Use the platform for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

6. Donations, Savings & Contributions

All contributions made to GRA (including savings, donations, and welfare payments) are subject to internal financial policies and approved governance structures.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Donations are voluntary
• Contributions are used strictly for approved GRA activities
• Funds are managed transparently under committee oversight
• Refunds are not guaranteed unless authorized by leadership policy

7. Welfare & Support Programs

GRA welfare programs are designed to support members during hardship including sickness, bereavement, emergencies, and development needs.

Eligibility for welfare support is determined by membership status, contribution history, and internal welfare guidelines.

8. Community Conduct & Discipline

Members must maintain respect, unity, and integrity within the association.

The following actions are considered misconduct:

• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Disrespect toward leadership or members
• Disruption of meetings or activities
• Abuse of welfare or financial systems

Disciplinary action may include warning, suspension, or expulsion as guided by the Constitution and disciplinary committee.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All GRA content including logos, documents, designs, text, images, and branding materials remain the property of GRA unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written authorization.

10. Data & Privacy

User data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the GRA Privacy Policy. By using GRA services, you consent to lawful data handling practices.

11. Third-Party Services

GRA may use external services (such as payment systems, social media, or analytics tools). We are not responsible for third-party policies or operations.

12. Limitation of Liability

GRA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services, except where required by law.

13. Suspension & Termination

GRA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access or membership in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of the Constitution
• Fraudulent or harmful activity
• Misuse of funds or systems

14. Amendments to Terms

GRA may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the official website.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed internally through GRA leadership structures. If unresolved, matters may be escalated according to applicable legal frameworks.
