GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

GRA Organization Structure

The GRA Committee is the supreme decision-making body of the association. It is composed of three key groups working together: Board of Trustees, Executive Committee (with its office bearers), and Disciplinary Committee.

SUPREME DECISION-MAKING BODY

GRA COMMITTEE

The highest governing authority of the association

All major decisions regarding welfare, projects, finance, and strategic direction are made by the GRA Committee.

Board of Trustees

TOP OVERSIGHT BODY

Provides governance, accountability, oversight, and policy direction. Ensures the association operates with integrity and transparency. Safeguards the assets and reputation of GRA.

Executive Committee

ADMINISTRATION & IMPLEMENTATION

Responsible for day-to-day administration, coordination of activities, implementation of strategic goals, and management of association resources.

Disciplinary Committee

ETHICS & ACCOUNTABILITY

Handles discipline, ethics, conflict resolution, and ensures member compliance with GRA constitution, bylaws, and code of conduct.

Chairperson

Presides over all meetings, provides leadership direction

Vice Chairperson

Assists the Chair, acts in their absence

Secretary

Manages records, correspondence, and minutes

Assistant Secretary

Supports the Secretary in administrative duties

Treasurer

Manages finances, budgets, and financial records

REPORTS TO GRA COMMITTEE

Project Committee

Oversees planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and sustainability of all GRA community projects, development initiatives, and fundraising activities.

FOUNDATION OF GRA

General Members

The heart and foundation of our association. Members participate actively in welfare support, savings initiatives, general meetings, community programs, and leadership development activities.

How Decisions Are Made

The GRA Committee (Board of Trustees + Executive Committee + Disciplinary Committee) meets regularly to deliberate on all matters affecting the association. Decisions are made collectively through democratic processes, ensuring every voice within the committee is heard. The Executive Committee office bearers (Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer) implement the decisions made by the full committee.
